Six singers from Ljubljana (Slovenia) together form the Ingenium Ensemble, which was founded in autumn 2009. The repertoire of the a cappella sextet knows hardly any limits and ranges from the spiritual music of the Renaissance to romanticism to jazz and pop songs. Special attention is paid to arrangements of Slovenian folk songs as well as compositions by young, contemporary composers from Slovenia. In whatever division the singers move, maximum musical enjoyment and best entertainment is always guaranteed - thanks to "pure intonation, dynamic phrasing and an enviable overall sound of the individual voices" (Mihael Kozjek, Radio Slovenia).
